Female Rage
We often hide our anger. We stay quiet, we make ourselves smaller, we question ourselves… We dismiss our voice in order to keep ourselves safe. And when we hide our anger, we also hold onto our anger.
It’s not about stifling the emotion or plastering on a smile saying “I’m fine.” It’s not about toxic positivity or the vague “let it go” phrase. It’s about acknowledging your body’s sensations and creating space to have the capacity to understand what the emotions and sensations are here to tell you.
