helping horsewomen shift from
stuck to spacious
CREATE SPACE • HOLD SPACE • TAKE UP SPACE

My body would freeze whenever I planned to work with them; I’d get tired, start scrolling, and unconsciously find ways to waste time.
It wasn’t that I was lazy… It was that my nervous system didn’t feel safe, even after finding a solution to their pathologies.
I had created the story that riding my horses led to pain, and that embodied story led to living in a functional freeze.
I thawed myself from the inside out, and now I’m helping other equestrians do the same.

Mind-Body Coaching
Your body is braced, your intuition feels muted, and joy feels out of reach. Horses are extremely sensitive to nervous systems. They feel the holding, the hesitation, the shutdown - often before we do. Over time, this can create a loop where both horse and rider feel stuck, guarded, or unsure.
This isn’t about riding harder, fixing yourself, or pushing through fear. This is about helping your nervous system feel safe enough to move again. Click here to learn more.

Writing
I write essays, both from personal perspectives and with the intention of being an educational resource, about exploring the art of a deeply connected, soft, and spacious life, with the wisdom learned from horses. Read them here.
I am also working on my debut book which explores the unlearning of worth tied to productivity, performance, and perfection, specifically from the expectations and experiences of women and horses.

Podcasts
On behalf of wehorse, I sit down with trainers, industry experts, and horse people from all over the world to talk about everything related to horses and the equine industry so we can learn and do better as horse-first equestrians.

A Nervous System Map
for Days at the Barn
Many horsewomen live in a subtle loop of anticipatory freeze → performance/fawn → collapse or numbness.
This map helps you recognize the pattern and offers gentle ways to soften it.
